Traditional Ahrntaler Valley cuisine meets light Mediterranean fare in our gourmet parlour. Our highly qualified chef has worked in the best restaurants of South Tyrol and Switzerland and will take you on a culinary flight of fancy. In the “Teldra Stube” and the “Kristallstube”, each of which seats 35 to 45 people, you can dine à la carte, try our specialties served on a hot stone, or enjoy a fondue. A special highlight: the Amuse-Gueule is served on a ski. It’s no wonder Kristallalm was chosen as South Tyrol’s most beloved ski lodge in 2012.
